After researching hundreds of essential oils we chose oils that are considered safe for skin application. Black Pearl Botanicals has developed three signature blends: Rejuvenation, Indulgence and Vitality. Each blend was designed to perform specific functions and offer pure aromatic pleasure.
The Rejuvenation Blend is offered in a massage oil, foot and body scrub and a jojoba based perfume oil. Its main purpose is to increase energy and circulation and soothe sore muscles and joints. It is made up of ten essential oils including: lime, pink grapefruit, juniper berry, cypress, linaloe berry, rosewood, rosemary, geranium-rose, nutmeg, and cardamom. Customers have described the scent as delightful, invigorating, fresh and spring-like, green and spicy. Note: This blend could possibly irritate those with damaged skin such as eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis. This blend contains one phototoxic essential oil therefore do not use the blend prior to exposure to the sun, ultra-violet rays or tanning beds.
The Indulgence Blend is offered in a massage oil, jojoba based perfume oil and a solid creme perfume. Its primary purpose is to relieve stress, encourage deep relaxation and create a euphoric sensual mood. It is made up of Tradiational Rose Attar, Rose Edward Absolute, Essential Oils of Sweet Orange, Bergamot and Patchouli and Bourbon Vanilla CO2. Customers have described the scent as sweet, rich, delicious, sensuous, and floral.
The Vitality Blend is offered in a massage oil and jojoba based perfume oil. Its main purpose is to increase circulation, soothe jet lag, fatigue, muscle spasms and nervous tension. It is made up of four essential oils including: sandalwood, rosewood, red mandarin, and pink grapefruit. Customers have described the scent as fresh, sweet, fruity and woody. This blend contains two phototoxic essential oils therefore do not use the blend prior to exposure to sunlight, ultra-violet rays or tanning lights.

Climate Control
These products should not be exposed to extreme heat, cold or frequent temperature changes. Store them in a cool dry place. It is best to not store the products in the bathroom because they are usually subject to widely varying temperature and humidity levels.
After Opening
Close the lid on on all bottles and jars. Make sure zip-lock bags are sealed. Exposure to air will oxidize the ingredients shortening the lifespan considerably.
Product Consistency
Because we only use natural ingedients and do not use artificial colorants, you may notice color and consistency variations. Note however, these variations do not effect the efficacy of the products.

Bergamot Furocoumarin Free Essential Oil Certified Organic: The Furocoumarin Free Bergamot is safe for skin care. The chemical that causes phototoxicity has been removed. Clary-Sage Essential Oil Organic: Aroma: sweet, tea-like, herbaceous, musky, nutty, balsamic, tabacco-like, Properties: antidepressant, aphrodisiac, antispasmodic, astringent, sedative, Possible Uses: perfumery, skin care, pms, menopause, anxiety, stress. Caution: In large quantities clary-sage affects the ability to concentrate. It is best to not use prior to operating a car or other machinery or drinking alcohol. Avoid use if pregnant.
Coconut Oil Certified Organic Virgin: Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted from fresh organic coconuts. The extraction process is traditional and does not involve solvents, refining, bleaching or deodorizing. Contains a high level of vitamin E, antioxidant properties which prevent free radical damage. The oil has the distinct scent and taste of delicious coconuts. It is a light penetrating non-greasy body care oil. Virgin Coconut oil moisturizes, conditions and protects skin and hair. The texture of the oil is like shea butter until it reaches the temperature of 76 degrees then the oil turns into a clear liquid. It is both antiseptic and antifungal. Monoi Oil:Exotic infused oil produced in Tahiti. Tiare(Gardenia) flower petals are infused in coconut oil for 15 days then filtered. The oil is produced under very controlled manufacturing methods. No essential oil or fragrance oil is added. Monoi oil has a beautiful sweet sun kissed floral scent. It moisturizes and softens dry irritated skin.

Red Tea aka Rooibos Tea Certified Organic (Pronounced Roy-Boss): is harvested from a shrubby legume native to the high mountains of South Africa. It is known as Red Tea because as the plant ripens the leaves develop a reddish brown color. The aroma is subtle sweet apricot vanilla. Red tea is rich in flavonoids and may have up to 50 times more antioxidant properties than green tea. It is rich in vitamin C, iron, potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, zinc and alpha-hydroxy acid. Shea Butter: a wax in semi-solid form which has the consistency of cookie dough. It is extracted from the nuts of the Shea Nut tree. Shea butter has a high concentration of non-saponifiable fatty acids which gives it the ability to moisturize and retain the elasticity of the skin. High in vitamin E and has a natural Sun Protection Factor. Shea butter is thought to slow skin cellular degeneration
Soapnut Powder:Ground fruit from the Soap Nut Tree. Contains a high level of saponins. Antibacterial mild foaming agent, cleanser, exfoliant. Soapnut Powder is used to cleanse hair, skin and laundry. Tiare Tiare is a type of Gardenia. It is Tahiti's national flower native to the Pacific Regions blossoms all year long. The gardenia's exotic yet delicate fragrance fills the air all throughout French Polynesia. The small 3-foot tall bushes grow best on soils of coral origin. The Tiare Gardenia flowers are deeply rooted in the cultural life of the Polynesians. The tourists receive a lei created for them on their arrival, and the Vahines use them to enhance their beauty everyday. Of all the Tahitian flowers the one used most for traditional medicine is the Tiare Gardenia. Yet the moisturizing properties that come from using Tiare flowers in the making of MONOI oil are it's most remarkable and famous application.
